SEVERAL organisations, including the Alliance For Change (AFC), a Guyanese political party yesterday extended congratulations to Prime Minister Kamla Persad-Bissessar for leading the People’s Partnership to victory in Monday’s general election and becoming Trinidad and Tobago’s first female Prime Minister.
